The Service, its original content, visual identity, and the Hero Mayor name and logo are owned by or licensed to Hero Mayor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Hero Mayor™ is a claimed trademark. No license to use the mark is granted except with prior written permission.

If you submit content, you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it.
5. Dating safety and member conduct
Hero Mayor does not conduct medical verification or guarantee the identity, health status, intentions, or conduct of members. Use reasonable caution, protect personal information, meet in public places, practice informed consent, and seek professional medical advice when appropriate.
